The Town Square Fitness Center, an exceptional 2,150 sq. foot state-of-the-art facility "for over 50's," includes a whirlpool spa and adjacent steam room, plus a spacious exercise room with a full circuit of 18 Keiser air powered strength training stations designed specifically to be "senior-friendly."

A 30 by 60-foot indoor pool with full ramping, and a gradual depth of 31/2 to 4 feet has become a favorite member area with its offerings of group aerobics, aquacise, and lap swimming.

Fitness memberships are available to residents, adults over age 50 from the local community, and Pleasant View volunteers and staff. Classes and services include Tai Chi, Arthritis Aquacise, Lo-Impact Aerobics, Yoga, Tanning, and Massage Therapy. Classes are open to all ages, not just members.

Membership Fees:
Campus Residents $10 per month
Off Campus Residents $23 per month plus a$60 initiation fee.
Membership is open to residents of the  community age 50 and over.

Monday-Thursday 6 a.m.—9  p.m.
Friday 6 a.m.—7 p.m.
Saturday 6 a.m.—6 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m.—5 p.m.
Pool closes daily 1/2 hour before the Club.  Pool is closed during aquatic exercise classes
