Colleen P. Frankenfield  - President & CEO 

Colleen P Frankenfield, R.N., N.H.A., M.S., J.D. is the CEO and President.  Colleen joined the Pleasant View staff as Vice President of Operations in May, 2011.  Prior to coming to Pleasant View, Colleen served at the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President of Risk Management and Quality for Presby’s Inspired Life.  In this role, Colleen developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure the highest ethics and standards in the delivery of ministry-wide healthcare and business practices, and assured compliance with regulatory agencies. Colleen has been an attorney with the law firm of Latsha, Davis & McKenna, P.C. with legal experiences in areas of medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, special education, labor and employment, reimbursement, regulatory compliance and business law. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Colleen served in many administrative and clinical roles at various levels within the Senior Services Community for various organizations.  In these roles her responsibilities included management of skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care and independent living, with particular expertise in quality improvement, human resources and cost containment.   

She received her Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law, her Master of Science Degree from St. Joseph’s University, her Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) from Felician College and is an M.B.A candidate at West Chester University.   She has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  She is a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  She has been a frequent presenter to Boards of Directors and at various conferences for professionals.

Helen E. Moloney - Vice President of Operations

Helen W. Moloney was named the Vice President of Operations at Pleasant View in March, 2012. Helen has more than 30 years of experience in Administration of Skilled Nursing and Personal Care Facilities. Most recently, Helen served as an Administrator for ManorCare Health Services in Camp Hill, Lancaster and Carlisle where she was responsible for the total operations of the centers and their compliance with all federal and state regulations. She has also served as the Regional Coordinator for Country Meadows Retirement Communities, Case Manager for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital and as an Administrator and Consultant in long-term care regulatory matters.     Helen received her Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) from the University of Dayton with a concentration in Gerontology.

Wanda M. Hertzog Grant - Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Mrs. Grant’s responsibilities include finance and the related reporting requirements, as well as oversight of the information management and clerical departments.  Mrs. Grant joined Pleasant View In September, 1994.  Prior professional experience includes 12 year in public accounting with the Lancaster firm of Dorwart, Andrew & Co.  Mrs. Grant has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College.
