Personal Care base room rates depend on the level of service required and range from $125 per day to $143 per person per day. When a couple shares a unit, the rate is reduced $10 per day for each resident.
The base rate for Structured Living is $190 per person per day. Residents sharing a room receive a reduction of $20 per person per day.
Fees include three meals a day, regular housekeeping, use of free laundry facilities, maintenance, recreational activities and utilities except telephone and TV cable.
