Unlike the hungry orphans of Dickens’ classic, residents of Pleasant View may choose down-home PA Dutch favorites at our country buffet, light fare, or tasty regional recipes from the ever-changing menu of the Stiegel Dining room. Open weeknights from 4:30 to 6, and for brunch on Sunday, the menu features range from substantial salads to meat, poultry and fish-centered entrees. Kay’s special desserts are a regular menu item.
