Respite Care services are offered as short-duration opportunities for spouses and families to have a temporary break from the responsibility of providing care for a loved one. Respite care may be needed for a variety of reasons: vacation times, family celebrations or crises, or as a "mental health" time to rest and relax.

Respite care is made available when a room is vacant and Pleasant View is able to meet the individual's needs in the appropriate level of living.

We define Respite Care as a stay of no less than three days and no longer than 18 days. All application and regulatory criteria apply to Respite Care.

Respite Care is offered in both Terrace Gardens Assisted Living and Sunshine Court Nursing Care. Please call the Admissions Counselor to discuss your needs.
