Apartment sizes range from cozy efficiencies to an 1800 sq. ft. two-bedroom deluxe tower apartment, making it easy to find one of our floor plans that's just right for you. Apartment residents have a choice of adding optional garage parking, subject to availability.

Accommodations are spacious and light with large windows, high ceilings, plenty of closets, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and full-size washers and dryers.

Kitchens are fully-equipped, with all electric appliances and many incorporate eat-in design. Larger floor plans feature two baths; all are equipped to assure safety.

Residents of the 100 apartments in Town Square North and South have easy elevator access to the whole community.
