Built in clusters on the campus perimeter, the scenic locations of our spacious cottages provide privacy and optimal independence plus all the benefits of community living. The outstanding design features and quality construction of the cottages speak for themselves.

Because having choices is important at every stage of your life, we offer a variety of floor plans. All feature two baths, equipped to assure safety ... while allowing for touches of your personal decor!

Selected locations include Florida Rooms and/or full basements. Others offer additional square footage just where you want it ... in your living area and for your second car!

Cottages range in size from a cozy Larch with  1,199 sq. ft. to the spacious 1,724 sq. ft. Aspen with its "his & hers" garage.
