All of our apartments, from our cozy efficiency to our spacious two bedroom corner deluxe, come complete with fully equipped kitchens, laundry, walk-in closets, emergency call systems and individual temperature controls. A majority of accommodations include outdoor living space – either a balcony or patio.
Whether it’s raining or snowing, apartment residents can take advantage of indoor access to dining options, the Town Square Health Club and additional amenities across campus.
With four floor plans available and a variety of customization options, you can tailor your new home to your personal style.

Ranging from 895 to 1,798 sq. feet, our two-bedroom apartments offer ample living space, two bedrooms, two full baths, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, laundry facilities, and fully equipped kitchen and outside space (either a patio or balcony).

Ranging from 901 to 1,075 sq. feet, our one-bedroom with den apartments offer large living space, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, laundry facilities, and fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bath, den with a powder room and outside space (either a patio or balcony).
One-Bedroom
Ranging from 665 to 960 sq. feet, our apartments include amenities such as outside space (either a patio or balcony), individually controlled heating and air conditioning, laundry facilities, and fully equipped kitchen.

Studio apartments offer the perfect mix of convenience, flexibility and affordability. Featuring a room, bath and fully equipped kitchen, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and laundry facilities, a studio apartment offers everything for care-free retirement living.
