Aqua Stand Up®
Inspired by stand up paddle boarding, Aqua Stand Up delivers a full body workout, incorporating cardiovascular training, muscle conditioning, yoga, Pilates and stretching in a 45 minute class. Aqua Stand Up helps participants to achieve wellness goals, lose weight, improve balance, strengthen core muscles, increase endurance, and gain upper and lower body strength.
Aqua Stand Up classes are available on Mondays at 7 p.m. and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and limited to eight registered participants per class. Registration is available on a first come first serve basis and limited to eight boards per class.
Classes are included with any Gold Memberships or Class Punch Cards. Payments are not transferable and non-refundable.
The weight limit per board is 288 pounds.
