Theme Dinner – March 2017 St. Patrick’s Day

You’re invited to dine with us in the Stiegel Dining Room for our monthly theme dinners. This month is “St. Patty’s Day”, offering a specially crafted menu centered around Irish cuisine. Try our Cream of Potato Leek Soup with Bacon and Scallions or for something more traditional, Irish Potato Pancake Boxty as appetizers. Main course selections range from Bangers and Mash or Corned Beef and Cabbage with boiled potatoes. Rounding out the meal would be Rum Raisin Rice Pudding, Irish Apple Cake with Custard Sauce and Soda Bread Biscuits. Seating times are 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm, with the last seating allowing guests to bring their own beer or wine.
